Butchery/Prep Room

We enjoy the benefits of having our own butchery and prep room where we process all the pork products.

This together with our new local abatoir, which is only 12 miles away, cuts down on food miles and therefore cost which we pass on to our customers wherever possible.

Our butchery/prep room is inspected  regularly by Highland Council Environmental Health and is compliant with all current regulations.
