Aggie's Alphabet

My friend Mhairi from Wales was up on holiday with her two boys Ioan and Lewis and over a coffee and melting moment one day Mhairi suggested I created a children's book.

During the winter evenings of 2006 I began drawing and painting and now 3 years on it is finally finished.

The book is based around one of our oldest pigs, Aggie, and the pictures, painted in water colours are mainly related to the farm and the countryside.

Some of the pictures took a few hours to complete while others were simpler to do.
